About this role, we are seeking a professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery.

**Job Description**: The Front-of-House Supervisor will assist the manager with overseeing front-of-house operations, guiding staff and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the front-of-house, directing staff to achieve high standards.
  • Participate in team training and development, upholding excellent service standards.
  • Uphold superior customer service culture, striving to surpass guest expectations.
  • Coordinate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house staff for efficient service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with effective solutions.
  • Maintain the dining area's cleanliness and visual appeal.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols for a pleasant and safe dining experience.
  • Collaborate with management on strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, including staff scheduling and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is desirable.
  • Leadership skills with ability to nurture and guide a diverse team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of successfully handling customer service situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
