Job Summary

The Manager – Quality and Compliance will lead a team, guiding their professional growth and maintaining quality practices across programs and services.

This position plays a key role in fostering accountability, innovation, and proactive problem-solving within the organisation.

The successful candidate will provide strategic support to senior leadership on quality, compliance and accreditation priorities, upholding the highest levels of integrity, accountability and professionalism.



About You
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health sciences or business administration.
  • Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management, risk assessment and compliance.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
