  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to work with job seekers in our Workforce Australia program.

Responsibilities:
  • Support participants in overcoming barriers to employment and transitioning into the workforce
  • Secure sustainable employment outcomes through proactive engagement and reverse marketing
  • Identify and address key challenges facing job seekers
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to maximise employment outcomes

 

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

 

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant industry experience or qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
