Social Media Content Coordinator


About the Role:

This is a dynamic and hands-on role with two key focuses:

  • Social Media & E-Commerce Growth – Lead our digital strategy, manage daily content, boost engagement, and drive online sales.
  • B2B Sales & Relationships – Build new partnerships while supporting existing customers across retailers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. You will also play a crucial role in managing content calendars, campaigns, and sporting event tie-ins.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and sporting event tie-ins.
  • Increase brand awareness through creative storytelling, graphics, and short-form video.
  • Drive inbound enquiries and manage conversion funnels.
  • Research and approach potential B2B customers while maintaining strong existing relationships.
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance across digital and sales channels.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in e-commerce growth and social media management.
  • 2+ years' experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and SEO .
  • Strong balance of creativity and commercial thinking.
  • Sales-driven with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • B2B sales or account management experience (preferred).
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-focused.
  • Passion for sport is a big plus
