We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all bulky deliveries to customers and stores, ensuring seamless end-to-end visibility of last-mile activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, with experience in managing carrier relationships and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams, carriers, and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all bulky deliveries to customers and stores
  • Monitor the movement of all bulky items, including inventory and shipment errors
  • Liaise with warehouse teams to rectify errors and ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Customer Service team, responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of logistics experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • General knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, AS400)
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 6am to 2pm
