Job Title: Accom Travel Roster Coordinator

Role Overview:

This is a critical role in our organization where you will be responsible for making travel arrangements for personnel, including scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodation, and handling other trip-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and company guests as per the crew roster or other company policies.
  • Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist employees with travel-related issues or concerns.
  • Research, negotiate, and secure rates with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels.
  • Ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization.
  • Crew flights and accommodation requests must be finalized by the end of each week.
  • Perform special projects and assignments as directed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other presentation-based software.
  • Experience in working with multiple different systems, including INX, Microsoft Office Suite, and E7 (preferable).
  • Experience with coordinating travel arrangements.
