Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including pre-construction cost estimates, planning and design schematics, construction documentation, permitting procedures, and approval tracking.
  • Collaborate with regional and local operational management teams on due diligence, feasibility studies, and requests for proposals to obtain cost estimates and bids.
  • Provide direction to architects, engineers, and contractors, including design, project management, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with owners' responsibilities, tenant lease requirements, and local jurisdictional agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including joint venture owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety building infrastructure systems.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, and project scheduling and budgeting software.
