About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team at a family medical centre located in the beautiful Hunter Valley, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a new challenge. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating front desk workflow and daily practice operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate front desk workflow and practice daily operations
  • Identify, review and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Maintain staff rosters
  • Ensure practice policies and accreditation are up-to-date

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a General Practice setting
  • Knowledge of PracSoft and Medical Director
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
