The position entails overseeing the development, maintenance, and integration of SAP Fieldglass platform alongside related integrations with SAP S/4HANA ERP.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, configuring, and testing solutions for addressing operations issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges. This involves providing business and project support while reviewing, refining, and assessing enhancement backlogs.
Apart from that, you will be required to identify business process improvements proactively and undertake business process engineering. Additionally, you will assist the business in developing and improving procedures to maximise value from our SAP Fieldglass investment.
Furthermore, you will work closely with the business and external vendors to develop effective and efficient system solutions for business requirements while ensuring the benefits of Origin's SAP systems are maximised.
This role also involves playing a dynamic, engaged, and management part in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and techniques.
About You:- Proficiency in SAP with strong problem-solving skills and solid knowledge of best practices and global standards is required.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Functional Analyst or equivalent supporting SAP Fieldglass is necessary.
- Certification in SAP Fieldglass is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP Fieldglass and integration with SAP S/4HANA is essential.
- Ability to translate data into valuable information for management through analytical skills is crucial.
