You'll take the time to understand their strengths and aspirations, offering tailored coaching and linking them to suitable roles.
Key Responsibilities- Source and create career opportunities for clients through strategic partnerships.
- Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity initiatives.
- Engage employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Broker work experience to build participant skills and enhance employability.
- Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training programs.
You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference in the lives of others. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting individuals and guiding them into fulfilling careers.
