The National Disability Insurance Scheme is a significant social reform in Australia. As an agency, we support over 600,000 participants with a disability, and their families and carers.
This role is part of the Cyber Security and Resilience Branch, responsible for implementing government security policies and frameworks.
As an Analyst, you will work on developing and enhancing a proactive detection and prevention program to counter insider threats using intelligence methodology and available data and technology.
You will engage in problem-solving and issue management, exercising sound decision-making and judgement to produce intelligence advice and operational support.
The following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in intelligence, cyber security, investigation, or similar roles.
- Intelligence and/or security qualifications.
- A background or experience in the application of intelligence and knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
In this role, you will conduct fused intelligence analysis, assist in policy management, conduct vulnerability and behavioural analysis, and provide security intelligence advice.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Clearance and undergo pre-employment checks.
