A Client Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client requests in a professional manner, resolving issues within set timeframes, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client requests from various channels in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record all client interactions, including problems and solutions, in our CRM system.
  • Take ownership of client issues and proactively follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Product, IT, and Accounts, as needed.
  • Liaise with external entities to resolve issues or complete tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience using Box and Dice platforms.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Proven ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage and resolve client issues within set SLA requirements.
