Supply Chain Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery
  • - Monitor and track orders to identify potential delays or issues
  • - Liaise with third-party logistics providers to clear and process shipments efficiently
  • - Communicate supply gaps and potential interruptions to stakeholders
  • - Identify and resolve supply exceptions through order management and inventory re-allocation
  • - Maintain data integrity in planning systems and deliver required reports
About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and influencing abilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • - +2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG multinational business
  • - Experience in planning in MRP-based production environment and SAP knowledge required
  • - Import/Export documentation experience an advantage
  • - Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in fast-paced environment
