Senior Infrastructure Design Manager

This critical role focuses on leading high-complexity, high-value Tier 1 infrastructure projects. Collaborating with utility companies and major contractors, the Senior Infrastructure Design Manager oversees end-to-end design lifecycle management and ensures best-for-project outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate design efforts on Tier 1 projects with civil/mech/struct integration
- Lead internal and external consultants across all design stages
- Manage design scope, risks, and value engineering opportunities
- Verify and assure engineering documents to utility standards
- Engage directly with clients and Tier 1 builders on technical matters
- 10+ years of relevant experience in D&C delivery, including strong background in Tier 1 projects and technical knowledge in civil infrastructure, mechanical piping, or structural concrete within the water industry
- Proven ability to verify and sign off on engineering deliverables to major authority standards
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
