Job Title: Infrastructure Design Specialist

About the Opportunity

The infrastructure design program is a fundamental pillar of our business. As an infrastructure design manager, you will cultivate awareness and stimulate demand for our products and solutions within the consultant and specifier community in Oceania.

You will create new business opportunities and deliver training to ensure consultants get the full value of our solutions. You will drive and execute the overall strategy of our infrastructure design program in Oceania, including building the infrastructure design network. You will collaborate with the regional sales team and work closely with our APAC and HQ teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between us and the consultant community.
  • Cultivate and manage business relationships aligned with the infrastructure design program and Oceania strategy.
  • Support consultants by advising on specifications around our network video and audio products, including security and sustainability.
  • Educate specifiers on the smart use of our design tools, ensuring system design accuracy and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Align the infrastructure design program with the activities of our regional sales, building a project pipeline through product specification into new projects.
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all facets of the physical electronic security industry.
  • Experience working with indirect sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry.
