About This Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to manage our portfolio of health programs across Australia and internationally.
This role involves delivering and continually improving our health programs, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, support implementation, and manage change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of chronic disease programs
- Engaging stakeholders to define requirements, support implementation, and manage change
- Drafting technical requirements and leading testing and deployment for system updates
- Overseeing onboarding, updates, and decommissioning of programs as needed
- Monitoring program performance and reporting on clinical and commercial outcomes
- Ensuring all risk, privacy, and compliance obligations are met
Requirements
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering impactful health programs. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to translate complex data and system requirements into action.
