We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Event Operations Manager, where you will oversee a diverse range of functions and events spaces, including corporate events and festivals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of events across multiple spaces, encompassing offsite events
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences across a variety of functions and events
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the event, from setup through service and pack down
  • Lead a team of experienced function waiters and bartenders, ensuring seamless execution
  • Serve as primary point of contact with clients throughout the event
  • Collaborate closely with culinary teams, maintaining open communication lines at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion and extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Possession of a valid RSA
