Job Title: Sales and Audio Visual Equipment Specialist We are seeking an experienced sales consultant to fill a challenging role in our Melbourne team. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for various tasks including processing online orders, serving customers, managing stock inventory, and assisting with preparation and maintenance of audio visual equipment. Responsibilities:
  • Process and ship online orders
  • Serve customers over the counter
  • Manage stock inventory
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of audio visual equipment
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform general duties as directed
 Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and a drive to succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar administrative or sales role, with a strong understanding of professional audio and DMX lighting
  • Previous experience supporting a sales team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service and phone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A current driver's license and willingness to work at various locations
