About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Management Professional to join our team at Frasercoast. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading the design and implementation of change strategies to ensure smooth transitions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement change management frameworks and strategies to support business transformation.
  • Develop and execute change impact analyses, including risk assessments, to ensure effective change management.
  • Create and manage communication, training, and coaching plans to support stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective change management across processes, systems, and technology.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to ensure the successful integration of change.
  • Design and deliver change management education and awareness sessions to promote a positive change culture.
  • Manage and report on the progress of change initiatives to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with proven change management expertise. You need to excel at navigating complex projects, building stakeholder relationships, and driving successful outcomes. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for fostering a positive change culture are essential.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in change management, human resources, or related disciplines.
  • Extensive experience in change management within a multi-disciplined organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing change across business processes, systems, and technology.
  • Strong skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
  • Demonstrated success in building a change culture and fostering workforce agility.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in change management methodologies such as PROSCI or PRINCE2 (desirable).
  • Experience with ERP system implementation and local government experience (desirable).
