Job Description

We're seeking an expert in inventory management to join our team at the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine and the Tropicana Gold Mine. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective inventory control systems, optimizing stock holding strategies, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze usage and seasonal trends of inventory to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for common supply across operational assets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Draft regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in inventory control and management, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Oniqua Analytics, with experience in using these tools to drive business outcomes.
