We are seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing digital engineering delivery for a large rail project, contributing to Queensland's future and enhancing services during the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The role will involve developing and implementing digital engineering solutions to enhance production efficiency, safety, and cost reduction. This includes creating and enforcing project standards, methods, and procedures according to ISO19650, automating the management of digital information and structured data models, and setting up PowerBi reports from Project Information Models (PIM). Additionally, the candidate will promote improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, and save time, and design and develop digital subsystems and control boards for automating reporting processes.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or suitable industry experience. Experience in delivering major infrastructure projects is also essential. Furthermore, the candidate should have management experience in digital engineering through design and construction phases, and knowledge of software programming.
