At Delaware North, we are seeking a skilled Bar Team Leader to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort.

As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our Sportsbar team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. Your leadership skills will be key to driving success in this role, and we are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire their team to provide the highest level of service.

Responsibilities of this position include leading the team by example, overseeing day-to-day bar management, ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations, training and developing team members, and monitoring weekly inventory and handling F&B marketing/promotions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a Responsible Service of Gambling certificate, have previous experience in managing a bar, and knowledge of licensed premises management requirements. Additionally, you will need to have an extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols, as well as experience with HACCP requirements.
