
Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to assume the position of Customer Service Specialist, tasked with ensuring our customers receive an exceptional service experience that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality customer support and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain schedules, data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as the central point of contact for manufacturer custodians, coordinating the handover of new vehicles and acceptance of returned stock.
- Efficiently manoeuvre new vehicles within the compound, adhering to safety protocols.
- Liaise with internal, external customers, and external organisations such as manufacturers, transporters/carriers, customs agents, shipping companies, and contractors to facilitate smooth interactions.
- Provide prompt and effective follow-up and response to internal and external customer inquiries and concerns, where appropriate.
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles efficiently and effectively, considering factors such as logistics and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to work processes, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A manual driver's license with at least 3 years' experience.
- Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A strong work ethic, with flexibility to multitask and adjust to shifting work requirements.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks effectively.
- An enthusiastic team player with a commitment to collaborative working practices.
