Job Opportunity

We're seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide daily support and care for residents' physical, social, and emotional needs.

  • Care for residents' well-being by addressing their physical, social, and emotional requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and activities
  • Communicate professionally and handle feedback in a considerate manner
Essential Requirements
  • Certification in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
  • A current National Police Check issued within the past 12 months
  • Strong empathy and excellent communication skills
The Role
  • Provide personal care and support to residents on a daily basis
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • Be available to work weekdays and weekends for permanent part-time positions
