Home Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality home support services to older people in our community.

As a Home Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while promoting social connections and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering person-centered care and possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their own homes.
  • Assist with meal preparation, housework, transportation, and shopping (accompanied & unaccompanied).
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence with a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured car.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses) and current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
