We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older members of our community, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing home help services to aged care clients, including general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and social support
  • Assisting family carers to have a break or an opportunity to do other things

  • A caring and empathetic individual who enjoys having variety in their day
  • A passion for providing excellent service and building positive relationships with clients and their families
  • The ability to assist our aged community members to live independently at home for longer
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
