Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Guest Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating lasting impressions on our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge on the hotel and surrounding community to exceed guest expectations
  • Assist with the check-in and departure process for guests
  • Handle general enquiries and create personalized experiences tailored to each guest's requirements
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing and new guests through engaging interactions and thoughtful service, driving repeat business
  • Enhance the service experience by promoting all available services within the lobby area, such as the restaurant, bar, and lounge
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on local events and activities to inform guests about the property and its surroundings
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues efficiently
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional uniform, and protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others, prepare accurate written documents, and answer phones with proper etiquette
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues, support teamwork, and listen actively to employee concerns
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and maintain a safe working environment

About You:

  • You have experience with property management systems or similar software
  • You possess relevant supervisory experience in a similar role
  • You hold valid working rights in Australia
