Based in the North Sydney head office (with hybrid flexibility), you will be responsible for the management and delivery of bonus commission plans, working closely with the HR, Payroll & Finance team.

With full training provided, this role is ideal for an analytical, data-driven graduate looking to sink their teeth into something new.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct annual and quarterly KPI bonus setting and ensure payment process for sales teams.
  2. Generate quota letters and manage the distribution process.
  3. Resolve queries from employees, managers, Payroll and Finance related to pay errors.
  4. Partner with key Finance, Payroll & HR business partners in administering bonus and commission processes.
