Responsibilities
  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment.
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
  • Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers.
  • A genuine desire to be part of a team that believes work's for everyone.
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence.
  • No prior Employment Services experience necessary.
