Cloud Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of high-quality cloud solutions that align with our clients' operational needs and strategic objectives.

This role demands expertise in designing and reviewing technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering innovative ICT outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading solution design for operational requirements, maintaining architectural integrity, and ensuring technical risks are assessed and mitigated.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and review customer technical designs, bills of materials, and proposals.
  • Provide technical advice and maintain architectural integrity across ICT environments.
  • Lead solution design for operational requirements and major project change requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inputs and ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Support operational teams with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Assess technical risks and contribute to solution costing and feasibility.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizen and eligible for Government Security Clearance.
  • Strong technical knowledge across cloud, data networks, security, and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver complex ICT solutions in managed environments.
  • Skilled in coordinating diverse technical inputs and leading solution development.
  • Comfortable working in outsourcing environments and with third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor others.
  • High attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
  • Flexible, well-organised, and able to perform under pressure.
