Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who embodies a proactive 'can-do' attitude and is passionate about developing others. The role aims to elevate team knowledge and competencies, enhancing customer and employee experiences. The ideal candidate must excel in clear communication and possess diverse training methods and techniques. A background in customer service or equivalent, coupled with a broad understanding of freight forwarding, is highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities
  • To provide operational systems and general business field training to new users using effective training techniques and high-quality documentation. This includes conducting online training and live training.
  • To ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • To monitor and report the completeness of training for both hard and soft skill competencies.
  • To research methods and techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within the industry and the competition.
  • To administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies.
  • To create high-quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology (myKN/Wiki) as determined by the company.
  • To develop training concepts and learning paths for teams and individuals.
  • To drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge and competencies of the organization.

Requirements
  • Experience in conducting training sessions both on-site and remotely.
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising teams.
  • Preferably familiarity with import/export, warehouse, and transport operations.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
