As the Bar Manager at Kingpin Crown, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the bar and our Bar and F&B Attendants. You will be a passionate and collaborative leader who can drive results and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of bar operations and service.
  • Take ownership of ordering and stock control, RSA compliance, recruitment, and engagement.
  • Be heavily involved in the operation of Group and Corporate events across our three bars.
  • Work closely with the Venue Manager and Operations Manager to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Create and lead a high-performing bar team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and create amazing experiences for our corporate and social group bookings.
  • A razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
  • Passionate about service standards and able to instill the same pride in your team.
  • Love working in a fast-paced environment with a mix of shift times.
  • A true partner who can make themselves indispensable to the team.
