**Financial Accounting Opportunities

Are you a skilled accounting professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Financial Services client, offering competitive market rates and immediate starts.

The role involves APRA Regulatory reporting, Trial balance preparation, and general ledger reconciliations. You will also be responsible for preparing regulatory returns in a timely manner, making fund level payments, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

You will maintain accounting files, update various documents and spreadsheets, and databases as required. Proactive engagement with the external audit process is also expected. Additionally, you will provide accounting support, analysis, and investigation for new standards or projects.

This includes preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly management and board reports, along with associated general ledger entries. You will also prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly statutory and regulator reports and returns required by regulators and internal clients.

Ongoing responsibilities include preparation of full year financial statements that comply with all regulatory requirements and best practices.

We are seeking a Financial Accounting professional with minimum 3 years experience in Financial Services, CA/CPA qualified, and APRA reporting experience. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.
