The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in aged care.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and communicating with family members.
Requirements
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Clinical leadership skills and knowledge.
- Availability to work night shifts.
- Knowledge of legislation that affects aged care services.
- Resourceful, respectful, and passionate, with a love for sharing knowledge and mentoring team members.
- A second language - Macedonian, Croatian, Italian, or similar – would be a bonus, but is not a dealbreaker.
