Overview

The Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, to provide person-centered care, in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people focused quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Collaborate with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Selection Criteria
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Ability to respect the rights of individuals within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage conflicts professionally
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and applying expertise with colleagues
  • Willingness to work within a person-centered approach and embrace changes in care delivery
  • Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position
