About Your New Role
  • Delivering high-quality care: Ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and regular reviews: Monitor health outcomes and report on client progress.
  • Care planning and coordination: Advocate for clients and provide education on healthy living.
  • Networking and promoting our services: Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support clients.

Your working hours are Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week. You will have a wide travel radius, and your expenses will be reimbursed as per our policies.

You must have:

  • Registered nurse qualifications with current registration
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in acute or aged care
  • An unrestricted Australian driver's licence with minimum third-party damage insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate-level computer skills
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
