Early Childhood Education Leadership Opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced leader looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring smooth and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver excellence in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Build strong, respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, staff and the wider community.
  • Manage enrolments, occupancy levels, staffing and compliance, ensuring both educational quality and business sustainability.
  • Ensure the centre remains a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children, families and staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in early childhood education leadership.
  • Strong operational management skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
