Lead with purpose and inspire daily We are seeking a driven Centre Director to lead, support, and manage our team of Educators, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centre.

About your role

  • Manage daily operations in line with legislative requirements and policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to staff.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality early learning programs.
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
  • Oversee financial requirements within budget guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards for centre presentation and work practices.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Attract, enroll, and retain families through tours, enrolments, and orientation.

About you

  • Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience as a Centre Director in early childhood.
  • Current WWCC, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Knowledge of VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development.
