Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Person to join our team. As the critical link between our branches and customers, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, picking up and delivering equipment, and ensuring that our customers' projects run smoothly.

This role requires you to have excellent customer service skills, be physically fit, and have a valid driver's license. You will also need to be able to work weekends on a rotating roster and pass a drug test.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment
  • Perform pickups and deliveries of equipment from customer sites
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions
  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs
  • Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required
  • Perform equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections
