Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services across their development and production lifecycle.

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders, conducting technical investigations, and supporting the delivery of solutions that align with our commitment to quality, safety, and performance.

You will act as a key interface between quality control and assurance functions, managing documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will engage directly with suppliers and customers, lead quality process improvements, and contribute to broader business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review customer purchase orders and conduct technical investigations to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Manage documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead quality process improvements and contribute to broader business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A good understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards.
  • Knowledge of technical writing and reporting in an engineering environment.
  • Able to interpret and apply technical requirements and make informed decisions within your discipline.
  • Structured thinking and clear communication skills to effectively manage root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution.
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail to identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver sustainable solutions.
About You:

You are a qualified and experienced professional with a solid foundation in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards. You have a good understanding of the design, analysis, manufacturing, and support techniques throughout the engineering product lifecycle.

You understand how to interpret and apply technical requirements and have the confidence to make informed decisions within your discipline. Whether you are analysing data for problem resolution or managing root cause analysis (RCA), you bring structured thinking and clear communication to every task.
