Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Associate to support our organization's quality assurance goals.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for releasing compounded batches, participating in investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformances, and collaborating with stakeholders to complete action items.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have experience in a GMP compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, sterile compounding environment, and continuous quality improvement. They should also possess proficiency in common IT software and time and task management.

The key qualifications for this position include a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a tertiary qualification in a Science or relevant discipline.

In this fast-paced quality-driven environment, the Quality Associate will drive ongoing continuous improvement in Quality performance across the site and the business.
