Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on general HR matters, interpreting and advising on Modern Awards, generating contracts and managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice on HR matters including performance, terminations, and HR legislation
- Interpret and advise on Modern Award queries
- Generate contracts and manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required
- Review and update HR policies regularly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR generalist in a corporate environment is essential
- Knowledge of Modern Awards is desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are required
- A proactive approach and good time management skills are necessary
- Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Coordinator role is required
