We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Brisbane City Office, where you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties within a 5km radius.

The role comes with a company mobile phone and access to a corporate vehicle, although there may be instances where personal transportation is required.

A corporate uniform can be provided upon request.

This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tenants and owners regarding tenancy agreements
  • Conduct routine entry and exit inspections
  • Oversee property maintenance coordination
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to ensure optimal market rents
  • Issue notices to tenants in accordance with RTA legislation
  • Manage lease administration and related tasks

Requirements and Qualifications:

">

We seek a candidate holding a current real estate registration certificate and possessing experience in property management. Proficiency in Console Cloud property management software, including Realworks, is highly regarded.

">

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication and computer skills, as well as a high level of organisation, motivation, and excellent communication skills.

">

Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene standards are also essential.

">

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
