The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused driver to deliver concrete to various locations in the central west region of New South Wales.
This role requires you to safely operate agitator trucks, adhering to prescribed delivery schedules. You will be responsible for inspecting vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate agitator trucks to deliver concrete to various locations
- Follow prescribed delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries to construction sites
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or safety issues
- Comply with all traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, both on the road and at job sites
- Provide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and paperwork
About You: To excel in this role, you should possess a valid HR driver's license, minimum 6 months of experience as a professional driver, and ideally experience in operating agitator trucks. You must also have strong understanding of road safety regulations, physical ability to load and unload concrete, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays.
