Virtual Health Specialist Opportunity
The role of a Virtual Health Specialist is to deliver high-quality medical consultations to patients via audio and video calls. This opportunity allows for flexible, remote work from home anywhere in Australia with technology support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive medical advice and diagnostic services to patients via outbound audio and video calls.
  2. Ensure timely, high-quality consultations within minimum service standards.
  3. Provide patients with written care summaries, health advice, and relevant local service information.
  4. Use My Health Record, e-prescribing, and secure messaging to deliver the best care.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Unrestricted specialist General Practitioner registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in general practice (with a minimum of one working within Australia).
  • Previous telehealth/virtual healthcare delivery or willingness to upskill.
  • Fast, reliable cable/NBN internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed and an upload speed of 20 Mbps.
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in English Language Skills (ELS).
  • A high affinity with using computer systems, including telehealth platforms, databases, and digital communication tools.
