Lead Student Development Specialist

The role of Lead Student Development Specialist is to support the mission and ethos of the College through leadership within our community.

As a key member of our team, your primary purpose will be to lead and inspire students, promoting their academic, spiritual, and personal growth. You will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure each student feels valued and supported, helping them to achieve their full potential.

This role involves overseeing the pastoral care and wellbeing of students, building a strong sense of community and belonging. In addition to mentoring and guiding students, you will address their individual needs, and encourage their participation in the broader life of the college.
