# Experienced Family Lawyer Wanted for Leadership Role

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on a key leadership role within our expanding national practice.
We're seeking a Senior Family Law Lawyer with at least 8+ years of solid post-admission experience in Family Law to drive growth in their Family Law practice.
This is a strategic leadership position ideal for a senior lawyer looking to take charge of a practice and work closely with a high-calibre partnership group in a firm that is rapidly expanding across Australia.
About the Role:- Lead the family law practice in the Melbourne office, driving further growth and development.
- Manage and mentor a team of family lawyers and support staff.
- Take ownership of client relationships and ongoing strategy for the practice.
- Work collaboratively with other Family Law Partners.
- Leverage your own referral network while collaborating with other partners in areas such as commercial, wills & estates and property law.
- Contribute to firm-wide leadership, business development, and innovation initiatives.
- Admitted to practice law in Victoria.
- Minimum 8+ years post-admission experience in Family Law (those with many more years of experience are encouraged).
- Accredited Specialist in Family Law (highly regarded but not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage complex client matters.
- Existing client relationships and/or a portable practice (preferred but not essential).
- Commercial mindset with the drive to grow a practice within a supportive multi-disciplinary firm.
