The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring creative direction is aligned with product and marketing direction across their region of stores in Victoria. They will also develop and maintain relationships within a small team and key stakeholders to achieve innovative creative outcomes. Additionally, they will lead, coach, influence, and mentor management and staff to achieve high merchandising standards.

This is a permanent full-time field-based Visual Merchandising position available now. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience, be commercially aware, and have the ability to lead and develop a team to success. Multi-site management and previous VM experience are highly desirable. Strong people leadership skills and a passion to drive the business forward are essential. The ability to utilise exceptional people skills and build strong working relationships with people on all levels is key to the success of this role.

The role requires strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
