CBRE's Transaction Management team empowers occupiers and owners to anticipate opportunities and execute successful real estate strategies. As a Senior Transaction Strategist, you will be responsible for transaction strategy/execution, commercial negotiations & transaction advisory, local market engagement & market intelligence, financial analysis / business case modeling, and high level of interaction with internal team members.

About the Role
  • A client-focused role in Commercial Real Estate with a key client, requiring experience in transaction strategy/execution, negotiation, and financial analysis.
  • Highly communicative individual with excellent written and verbal skills, adaptable to suit various stakeholders, including internal team members and clients.
  • Detailed-oriented professional with commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to spearhead multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing expert guidance on transaction strategy and execution.
  • Develop and implement effective transaction strategies, incorporating market intelligence and financial analysis.
  • Negotiate commercial deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Lease Admin and Facilities Management.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in a similar client-focused role within Commercial Real Estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different stakeholders.
  • You are a detail-focused professional with strong commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
