We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Outdoor Educators to join our team in a field position with camps ranging from 3 to 12 days.

Candidates will have the opportunity to engage children in various outdoor activities such as bushwalking, canoeing, and rock climbing, while fostering their connection with the natural world.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a Wilderness First Aid qualification and Community Surf Life Saving Certificate (or Surf Bronze). Instructor or guide qualifications in other outdoor activities are highly desirable.

A background in Steiner education or tertiary education in associated fields is beneficial but not required. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively with the Outdoor Education team and the broader school community to develop and enhance our outdoor program.

The ideal candidate will have reasonable physical capacity to participate in extended periods of outdoor activity. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who share our passion for connecting children with nature.
